      CONFIRMATION: To book an appointment you must first download the app. Once the app is downloaded, you will need to "OPEN" it and set up an account. After you book an appointment, you must wait on me to confirm it. If you don't get a confirmation either it didn't go through and you may need to try again or I didn't confirm it. ***YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL IT'S CONFIRMED*** OFF DAY APPOINTMENTS: If you want an appointment outside of my regular working days, there will be a $30 inconvenience fee attached to your service. LATE FEE: I make every effort to operate on schedule and in a timely manner. At the time of your appointment, if you are 10 minutes late you will be charged a $10 late fee. If you are 30 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment and will be charged for the appointment.
