The stylist was a no-show..She sent a text saying that she needs to push my appointment back an hour. We showed up at the new time but.no one was ther...e. We called, texted but no one answer. She did amazing work on my son before so it was disappointing to have this experience. I hope that she is ok and that she will do the right thing and refund my deposit. Update: she did text me later today and apologized offering a refund. We will reach out again in the future because she does an amazing job. Show more
