Booked an appointment the day before for 9 am. I didn’t get in the chair until a little after 9:30 and it wasn’t even the barber I booked for. Come to... find out he wasn’t working that day. I showed the barber a picture of exactly what I wanted and the cut I got looked nothing like what I showed. The cut looks rushed and unfinished. I didn’t even get a complete line up. Now I have to go to another shop so someone else can finish/fix what another barber did.

Sorry to hear that, the accountr it’s made for a shop. So if you make an appointment you’re making it to the shop not a specific barber, also sometimes we can have delays there are Costomer that ask for more services when there’s in the chair, our responsibility is to serve!! Never ever again! Punch of amateurs. Dont risk and put yourself between their hands. RE: Thats absolutely not true. The guy who gave me the haircut is... a trainee and absolutely had no experience!! He messed up my mustache and my fade. I showed him a picture BEFORE he started, and the result looked nothing but a MESS! The owner has the guts to come here and reply too..smh

First all of the barbers HERE are professional, second ITS NOT OUR FAULT YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT, first you asked for a low fade then you change your mind to get it mid, the barber was making 2 different haircuts , and at the end you wanted to be a high fade, make sure before you get a haircut know what you want, and don't change things in the process….
