I waited for an hour and 30 to be seen for my 12 o clock appointment, I had no means of communications with the barbers beforehand and folks who showe...d up after me were seen quickly. Meanwhile, I was patiently waiting giving them the benefit of doubts but my patience was running thin by the time I was seen. It’s completely unacceptable and I would’ve been fine if they turned me away since they were overbooked, to be seen for another day. I’ve been here a few times before and this is my issue Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother booking online, there is other barbers places that will respect your time. I’m extremely disappointed since I really liked this place. I’ll just stick with my personal barbers now. Wasn’t able to even get a discount unfortunately. Great workers there, no hard feelings to them, they are cool and nice.
