I have had my hair done twice at Cibao this b was the first time Crystal has done it each time I have gone everyone was nice and made me feel comforta...ble. Crystal did a great job on my hair, she was very friendly and offered great advice on my hair. I will be returning and encourage you to check out Cibao who does it all hair related..
