Today was my very first visit to Aunt Jo’s Nail Salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was serviced by Celisse, and she was absolutel...y amazing—sweet, professional, and incredibly thorough. Her attention to detail, especially when it came to cuticle care, really stood out. While my appointment took some time since Celisse focused solely on me, it was worth every single minute. I left feeling pampered and more than happy to pay her price—and honestly, I would’ve paid even more for the quality of service I received. Acrylic Full Sets

I love Twanie however, I was not as excited for my new set. I’m a perfectionist when it comes to my nails. They must be on point at all times. I can’t... go into my business meetings with incomplete nails. At first finished look, they were great but, close examination, my right hand is a little longer than the left, the right thumb is lifted/not glued down on one corner, the left thumb is warped. The under side on both hands are not smooth, I can feel the ridges. They’re just not complete enough for me. Unfortunately, I’m going to get my nails redone/reshaped right now. As The Owner, I’m sorry that you were not satisfied with your nails, But you literally just left 30 minutes ago and it appears that it just needed buffing underneath and file to make them even. I wish you would've come right back in and let us fix it for you, As opposed to you leaving a bad review for a black business... As you know how hard it is for us anyway. .. We know you would not do that to the other persuasion. You could've kept this review to yourself instead of trying to disparage people from coming here. Also it’s interesting you didn’t show a picture of what the set actually looked liked from the top view because as you said you liked them when you left. If we knew you were unhappy we woul have gladly fixed them for you. All you had to was ask.

I had a great experience with the team here. I arrived early and was seated right away. I enjoyed sipping champagne while the technician did a wonderf...ul job with my gel manicure and pedicure! The gel manicure lasted 3 weeks without chipping, much longer than I’m used to so I know the products they used were quality. I was just visiting from out of town but will surely stop the next time I’m in need of these services when in town. ☺️ Show more

I love supporting black businesses. The atmosphere was great but the nail technician was very rough with my hands and left multiple injuries and cuts ...around my cuticle area, one cut took a week to heal. Hopefully she cleans her products as this could be open to infection etc. In the future I hope she can be a little bit more mindful of this. Show more
