I have been to this location several times and I’m always excited by my results. I booked a hybrid full set, a 2 hour appointment. I received a classi...c full set, and that’s what I was charged for. I’m sad that it’s not what I asked for and honestly, I feel like I overpaid for what I received. My appointment time took 75 minutes at most. Unfortunately, you can tell. The lashes are very thin and dull, the whole appointment and the results feel very rushed. As soon as I made it home, I felt like I needed to put mascara on because once I wasn’t in the sunlight I could barely see the lashes. The first two days I lost around 35% of my lashes and now five days later, I may have 45% of the lashes left. Following the previous appointment that I had with this technician, the retention was poor, but I thought maybe I was being too picky. However after having two different technicians on previous appointments, I realized the difference right away. I almost did not book with her and waited another day but I had a function and really didn’t have the time to do so. I wish that’s what I would’ve done. I’m just really disappointed, eyelash extensions that I wanted are noticeable. Show more
