Hi Lorena, We’re surprised by your review, as it doesn’t reflect your full experience with us. You’ve returned multiple times for services, including yearly touch-ups on your brows and lips, and we have your beautiful before-and-after photos from those visits. We also have time-stamped photos and videos from each of your appointments showing that services began on time and were never rescheduled. In fact, your most recent scheduled appointment on June 20th at 12:00 PM was a no-call, no-show, which was documented. We understand that it may be frustrating when policies are upheld, especially around no-shows, but they’re in place to protect both our clients and our business. We wish you the best moving forward

Hello, your appointment was at 12pm & we started your numbing at 12:00pm (you did arrive early) we saw you by 12:20 and started your mapping session & you were all done by 1pm. keep in mind your appointment did not run late by any means, your numbing time & session time is stated in your appointment email when you book.
