Our studio doors remain locked for the safety and privacy of our clients receiving treatments. While we do our best to monitor early arrivals, it’s clear that better communication was needed on our part that day, and we take full responsibility for that oversight. There is absolutely no dress code at our studio—we welcome all our clients regardless of attire. If there was any miscommunication that gave you a different impression, we deeply regret that and will be addressing it with our team immediately.
