I visited this salon for the second (and last time) ever. I was treated like a crook and the nail techs did not believe that the work from my first b...uilder gel fill (received on 8/16/25) was actually done at their shop, even though my appointment could be found here on Booksy. The nail tech who did my nails on 8/16/25 was not present, so they proceeded to treat me like I was lying. There is a nail tech at 88Nails who speaks perfect English, but he’s rude and was very disrespectful to me during my entire visit. He kept talking down about my nail art choice and he tried to gas light me into getting art/colors that I did not like. When I spoke to Kevin, the owner about my poor experience, Kevin tried to give me a sad story about them losing 2 nail techs that week and informed me that the man who was doing my nails on 9/6/25 had been in a bike accident the day before, which is why he was rude to me. That nail tech who got in an accident, but came back to work was EXTREMELY disrespectful to me, but SUPER nice and respectful to everyone else who came in after me. This place does good work, but they have lost my business for good. Also, note to Kevin (owner). If you hire a nail tech whose quality of work does not meet your standards, that is YOUR fault. Don’t allow customers to be treated poorly for things that are out of the customer’s control. Finally, if you want to keep faithful customers like I would have been, then allow the customer to tell the nail tech what they want. This place was such a disappointment. Show more
