Had an appt I booked online for 2pm. When I got there, I was told there was a miscommunication and the person who seemed to be in charge did an amazin...g job of shuffling, multi tasking while also doing nails. I was informed the entire time while I waited and I saw the younger or newer employees being encouraged and helped by more experienced staff to make sure clients were happy. There were two roombas running and someone sweeping a lot and mopping. Very hard to keep a nail salon clean with all the powder, but they are on top of it. It was laid back experience and sat with Rachel. She was nice, good sense of humor and down to earth. She kept double checking my nails were even and looked symmetrical and that my skin wasn’t sticking to my nails. Helped me pick a color as it had been a very long time for me and I work in a professional office. Salon has a very fun decor that they very obviously put a lot of love and time into. Will definitely be back. Show more
