I originally had an issue that was rapidly resolved with Charm (the owner). What could’ve been something really bad for me was turned around because V...elour has a management staff that understands customer service. I am a first time customer and did not fully understand the Velour’s business model. When things didn’t go my way, I requested to speak with management. A quick response from Charm resolved all my concerns and Velour has now gained a repeat customer. Great customer service will keep you in business for a very long time.
