I booked and paid for a virtual hair braiding consultation with Tera for my daughter, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. T...era never called or sent a link for the appointment. I ended up having to call her myself, only to be told that “we don’t actually have to do this, I can braid any kind of hair.” I explained that I booked and paid for a consultation expecting her to at least see my daughter’s hair and answer a few basic questions. She responded that time got away from her and that it was actually her day off — even though the appointment was made online based on her listed availability. She then abruptly ended the call telling me that I was confrontational. Extremely unprofessional experience. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and no respect for my time or money. I would not recommend. Show more
