If I could put zero starts I would. I booked a haircut with Santana @1200. Drove an hour to arrive by 11:45. He walked in and left out the back while ...I sat waiting. One of the other barbers told me he went out to the store and would be back. I continued to sit there for another 30 min until I was approached by a barber saying that he was not coming back. Extremely unprofessional. Not even a heads up. I get things happen but at least let someone know. Show more
