Mediocre at best. I was really excited about a new nail salon in my neighborhood. I had an appointment at 4:00 for a mani/pedi. I arrived at 3:55. ... At 4:10, I wasn't greeted. I went to the desk to say I have an appointment. She brusquelly said, "Pick color and take a seat." She didn't even ask my name. 4:15 someone lined the tank at my feet but didn't turn on the water. A few minutes later, another woman started on my toes. She did a good job but seemed to be in a hurry. And, very little massage. At 4:30, another woman started on my fingers. She was very fast. Not in a good way. When she put my hands under the fan to dry, one nail brushed the towel and smudged. Instead of stripping the polish and correcting it, she added 2 more coats. So, there were 8 coats on that nail. It was ruined as I got into an Uber. Another nail chipped this morning. My manicures usually last at least a week. Dont expect TLC or any frills unless you upgrade. $60 mani/pedi is too much for this minimal service. I won't be back. Show more
