I came to this salon with high hopes. The young lady who washed and styled my hair was very nice and did a good job. However, I booked with the gentle...man stylist, and he didn’t do my hair. He instructed a deep conditioning without consulting me first , which I feel should have been done differently . The young lady started cutting my ends and I got very uncomfortable because I don’t let just anyone cut my hair. And it was not communicated . The stylist I booked stepped in midway and became combative when I expressed my anxiety about the situation. I’m guessing this is why my price went from $65 to $104. To the young lady, thank you for your kindness and hard work. I do like my hair . To the gentleman, I suggest improving your customer service skills. Show more

Frank came in and introduced himself and welcomed me to the salon. He explained everything and even suggested another service to help me with my hair.
