I booked a 4 PM appointment and showed up on time, only to be told what I booked was actually for “walk-ins.” I’ve never heard of booking a walk-in be...fore — appointments and walk-ins are literally the opposite thing. But okay, I tried to be cool about it and even showed up about 10 minutes early just to ask for help since I was confused. I ended up waiting an hour, watching other people with real appointments go ahead while I just sat there. Eventually, I was late to work because of the wait. If there’s a system in place for “booking” walk-ins, that needs to be made crystal clear — or better yet, just remove that option altogether. Either have someone available for the times people book, or label it properly so people don’t waste their time. It’s not just a small mix-up — it affected my whole day. Show more

Came in and no greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I thought I booked an Appointment with Tony but he wasn’t even there so I just had to ask arou...nd to see if anyone was available for a cut. The quality of service at the shop has severely declined since I was previously a regular and faithful client. I booked with one barber, the owner, on...ly to find out that, without notifying customers, he assigns them to the first available barber even though you booked with him. Upon my arrival, I sat for over almost thirty minutes, while no one spoke, asked if I needed assistance, or asked for whom I was waiting. Once they discovered for whom I was waiting, they contacted the him. I was informed he was at Tyler Perry Studios and would not be present for my appointment, an appointment that had been confirmed through the booking site. After taking the chance on a barber I did not know or expect, I exited. Upon my exit, the same barbers refused to speak or offer an ending apology as I left. This was not a pleasant experience and I was informed it that this was not the first offense of this kind at this shop. Customer service and customer consideration must improve! Lastly, the owner has not attempted to reach out to apologize or rectify this issue. It’s not about the mistake, it’s about how you handle customers after you’ve messed up! Show more

First time was good, but second time asked my guy to give me a drop fade: mid fade on the sides and low fade at the back, even showed him a picture fr...om before. Unfortunately I did not get the style I asked for. I paid $45. Actually they did not ask for if I had any preferences. Glad I told at the beginning el...se I would have got some shitty haircut. No proper finishing. Not professional either. They wont let you to look at the mirror during the haircut. Just think if you want to pay $45 for some very basic haircut where you can get customized haircut for $40 in other places Show more
