My hair came out great. But ended up adding a wax. I got a chemical burn from the cooling gel. Also i was not aware of how the tipping policy worked.... The stylist gave me her Venmo so I gave her $75 thinking it was service plus tip. I was then charged separately for the service so I made Venmo request for the service amount back. No response and she kept a tip of 136.36% chemical burn and all. Show more
