Loc Retwist Specials (MON & TUES ONLY) Loc Cut

I booked my appointment for 5:15pm on a Tuesday. There was a $50 up charge for the appointment being after 5pm, but I accepted because I really needed... my hair done and I’ve been struggling to find the time to do so. I arrived to the appointment at 5:10 pm, and there was somebody already in the chair. At first, I thought it was normal, but then I didn’t get my hair washed until around 6:30pm. She had to finish her other client still, so I sat with my wet head and towel until she was able to get to me around 7:10pm. Finally, happy to have been seated after waiting awhile while being drained after a full day of work, I noticed that she kept on stopping to respond to texts. I didn’t say anything at first, but I thought it was gross that she kept touching her phone before continuing to touch my hair. This kept on going until I asked her to limit her messaging if it wasn’t urgent. It was already 8pm, she wasn’t even halfway through my head, and I was tired and I wanted to go home as soon as possible because I had work in the morning. She then proceeded yell at me and accuse me of having a bad attitude since I came in. She started to go on about how she has had to work all day, and about how she doesn’t need me telling her what to do. After her insulting, unprofessional, and unproductive conversation, she decided she was done speaking. Afterwards, she still charged full price with an additional charge because I had a lot of hair. Jared, please! The client before you took longer than I expected, and I did my very best to accommodate you both. Your hair hasn’t been touched in forever. I finished your hair in an hour. And the add on cost was the cut you wanted to add which I didn't even have to do! All the catering I did, child please! Go somewhere else with your negative energy! I do not care! I have children that I'm texting and have to make sure are doing homework and have eaten. I also run the business alone, so I do respond to other clients, and whoever else I need to text. I have to multitask. So I’m not sorry for handling my business as a mom and a business owner. Who are you tell me that I should stop texting in my phone like you own me? Please miss me with all this! Goodbye! Best your hair had ever looked! Your loss! ✌🏽
