I absolutely loved my experience at Elkin Mack Salon and would 100% go back! Honestly, I'm always super busy, and they were kind enough to take me in ...last minute, which I really appreciated. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. What really stood out to me is that you don’t usually see salons here using such high-quality products—they work with top brands like L’Oréal, and Olaplex. The team is extremely well-trained. I was attended by one of their Venezuelan staff members who was incredibly pleasant and attentive. He listened carefully to everything I wanted and followed my instructions to the letter. Not only did he prioritize the health of my hair, but he also respected my preferences 100%, which is something that’s hard to find even with talented stylists. The quality of service was just excellent. Highly recommend—I'll definitely be going back! Show more
