Paid for my boyfriend to get his hair twisted in 2 strains for his birthday. He came home and told me about his experience. No heat inside the shop an...d was freezing during the duration. Service took longer than expected. Power went out during service and was still charged full price. Parts were crooked and twists were fat. Show more

We had heaters on. It was out of our control that the power went out . When he was asked about his hair, he said that he liked it and that he had found his new spot. We did all we could to accommodate our customers on this day.
