I loved the color of my nails and the concierge was friendly. I selected five colors to be mirrored on my other hand. 2 stars for Technician: 1 for ho...w extremely detail oriented she was, 2 for doing her job so efficiently that we ended 20 minutes early. I docked off three stars because of her attitude, treatment, and lack of enthusiasm / regard for me as a client and human being. It's 10am in the morning, you could either be tired or don't want to chat - I get that. I don't typically get my nails done and have actually booked here in the past so understand the contrast in experience. I asked a few questions about what products she was putting on my nails, complimented her hair color because I felt genuine enough to give it. I felt rushed on the color choice...the whole time, she didn't look up at me, just said one to two word responses. She did not want to engage at all. I do not ever want to be serviced by someone who treats me like I'm a wall. I'm not looking to chat for the entire 40 minutes (our service is supposed to be an hour). Show more
