I've had massages before, but none quite like this. For years, I’ve struggled to find someone who can go deep enough into my muscles and really work out the tension. Kurt's expertise is unmatched—he knows exactly how to apply the right amount of pressure, using just the right technique, to get deep into those problem areas without it ever feeling painful. It was like he could intuitively read my body and tailor the massage to exactly what I needed. The whole session felt like a perfect balance of relaxation and healing. It wasn’t just a massage—it was a transformative experience. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with a sense of renewed energy. I can’t recommend AthenaRoma Massage enough. Kurt provides more than the 'typical' massage, he is professional and down to earth and is able to ...address musculoskeletal issues beyond relaxing tight muscles but is able to address issues related to the function/dysfunction of the muscles affecting daily activities. He will educate the client as much or little as they would prefer. I am looking forward to continuing working with Kurt (along with bringing my family members to work with him). He is able to perform Bodywork techniques to help with symptoms related to headaches/poor posture/sports injuries that involve active participation of client. So lucky to have such a skilled professional in our small community.
