Literally the worst experience. I arrived ten minutes early for my 6pm appt. No one greeted me or introduced themselves. One of the barbershop guys ha...d to tell them that I was there. One lady started to wash my hair and told me to sit for a few minutes while the conditioner sits. Ten minutes later she asked me to move from my chair so she can wash out someone else's hair...after another 15 minutes of waiting, I saw her pack up her things, tell everyone goodbye and walk out. She said nothing to me. There was no change off of stylists. She just walked past me and left with no update...they left me sitting there an additional 25 minutes! No one came to check on me, product still sitting in my hair, the little hand towel they draped around my shoulders was near soaked from my hair dripping, and I was pissed. I wasn't a walk in. I had an appointment. Yet the entire 40 minutes I sat waiting with conditioner in my hair, both hair dressers were blow drying two other clients. So either they double booked or they take way longer with their appointments than advertised. I got up and walked towards the door, of course now one of the stylists takes notice of me and runs after me, not to apologize, but to tell me I have to pay for my hair wash. What hair wash!? There's still product in my hair that was never washed out for 40 minutes! Needless to say, I did not pay because the service was not rendered to completion and I will NEVER be back. The level of unprofessionalism was astounding. I wasted so much time for something I could have done myself, shampoo and condition. Ended up going home with sopping wet hair and finishing it myself. I'd give zero stars if I could. The reviews I read must be paid for or written by family and friends. The finished results may be satisfactory, but the customer service was not there. My first time with her was great so i decided to go back again to get my hair straightened for a 2nd time. BIG MISTAKE!!! She uses too much heat which... killed my curls. I was like whatever it’s just hair so i went back so she could give me a haircut so i could fix my curls. Never again!!! She doesn’t listen to the client. She cut way too much hair off and my hair is no longer even. She gets scissor happy and does whatever she wants with your hair. If you don’t understand spanish then you better start learning before you go to this salon. Show more

I was there for 6 hours and I didn’t get what I wanted. The service was horrible, the owner complained the whole time that I wanted color not highligh...ts, which was going to take longer. And the lady that was supposed to do my hair called out sick so it was only her. 6 hours sitting in the chair and I still don’t see my damn highlights. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and then continued to ask me how I wanted it, and still didn’t get it right! She washed my hair rough getting water n soup in my eyes and down my shirt. I was charged way to much 160 for shit then she said u want me to blow dry it, he’ll no lady I left there shop at 930 pm and my appt was at 430 and she was late, imagine if I got it blow dried? I would have been leaving at 11 pm. Never the fuck agin , and I have short hair. Show more
