When I arrived I was greeted by the sweetest lady at the front. The ladies that did my hair were quick (smedium boho knotless mid back in 3.5 hours)!...!! My parts are not even in the back at all but other than that, it was a great experience. Show more

Unfortunately, I was unable to experience a service after booking online as well as speaking to the braider 2 hours prior(Mel was her name, and | shou...ld have known better bc she was trying to get me to come in earlier). Before hanging up we agreed to stick to my time bc I didn't want to be late. I was on time and when I walked in, I was told that she was gone for the day. Her coworkers reached out to her and put her on speaker. She spoke in another language while also giggling, and the next thing I knew I was being offered to be braided by two other braiders that I did not request so I packed my things up and left. A braider ran out to me and asked if they could get someone else to braid my hair, but I was no longer interested and very dissatisfied after being referred to the braider that I booked with.. Fantastic. Professional and quick! I originally booked 10 AM but they informed me of an earlier appt at 8:30 AM which i loved! I got smedium knotless ...butt length braids, mind you I am 5’10, they were done by 1 PM. Show more

Quality work and its a nice shop. A couple areas of improvement, if a style is posted on social media the customer is going to assume you have the hai...r to provide said style. If its required to bring, specify that on the post. Lastly, there were times it were it felt unwelcoming. The environment is loud, and often felt the discussions were geared towards the clients. I have no issue with anyone speaking in their language, but like any language folks can recognize tone, and body language. Show more
