Nails came out exactly how we wanted them! 🥰 What really impressed me was the fact that we walked in about 5 minutes before our appointment and they ...sat us right away! We literally waited maybe 5 minutes and then two nails techs sat and started working on mine and my daughter’s nails. They were efficient and professional. Honestly, THE BEST experience I’ve ever had. Usually even with an appointment you’re waiting as if your a walk in and honestly that’s what I was expecting here. Thankful that wasn’t the case 🥰🙌🏽 This place knows what they’re doing! Thanks Jess Nails! Y’all rock! Show more

I’ve been about 5-6 times now. My first nail experience was great but all the others fell short of my expectations. The prices don’t align with those ...posted or shared upon arrival. Today I got a fill (starting at $40), only a French tip and it was $65. No change in length or shape. $65 is nearly a new set. Outside of my very first set, they can never quite capture what I’m asking for and I’m very simple. I won’t be getting a pedicure here anymore. Both occasions were not good. I’m currently in rebuild mode with no polish due to the last pedicure experience. They are very accommodating with appointments and walk ins, they allow cash app, zelle, and Venmo. Jess herself is very sociable and nice. Show more
