I've only been to Dapper three times to have beard and mustache cut trimmed and shaped and every time has been exceptional over the top experience. so... many times will go and we'll say this is what we want but if we don't communicate clearly it may turn out good and you have a bad experience. I love that they want to hear from you and are willing to listen and communicate to give you the best overall experience as opposed to some I've been to that just say okay and do what they want.
