I think Anna needs someone to help manage her bookings on a daily basis, so that the number of clients she has booked, correlates with the number of s...taff she has working with her. I did get my mani and pedi completed, but not without multiple interruptions, and moreso, the downtime... being left with an unfinished manicure, to start another client's manicure, since I was getting a pedi and I could be finished up there. I was highly anticipating my first appointment with Anna's Nails, but unfortunately that experience came up short :( Summary: Customers aspire for individual attention, and a pampering experience when it comes to services like hair, nails or feet :) Show more

Hi Debra I think your first time at our salon and you didn’t know how we work Andy the one started your nails he’s my assistant he helped me start my clients and I’ll do the rest make sure everything looks good before my clients leave my salon and you said we left you unfinished to start other ones just because your pedicure appointment available at that time I just don’t want my girl taking other client Andy told me you had to get out certain time I had to do like that so I can finish your nails while my girl do pedicure for you if you don’t like how we work like that then next time I only make sure just one person do your nails and toes sorry for your inconvenience
