This is more like a 4.7 than a 4! Literally the only thing would be the washing sink should have a cushion on the sides and neck part while washing I ...did knock my head a bit lol but it wasn’t hard or anything but just not the most comfortable. They were able to get me in earlier than I booked which was a big plus for me. Washed, conditioned and blow dried in 30 minutes maybe less and my braids took about 45ish minutes. Came in at 8a and left before 9:30a. Sweet stylist slight language barrier but she still made sure to ask if it was too tight/ if I was okay. Yall see the time in the first two pics and the last picture are 3 days later 💕 so many compliments and the location is in my neighborhood definitely will be back Show more

Honestly, for the price, I wouldn’t recommend. The owner and braider were nice, especially my braider. There was confusion around the price, but she w...as accommodating. I wasn’t aware that it cost an extra $50 per bundle of curly human hair until I got there. There was some confusion on the app, so she discounted that for me. The reason I wouldn’t recommend is because for $500+ dollars, I don’t expect to see any issues until at least a month in. It’s been almost two weeks and within the first week, the boho pieces were either coming out, or buckling at the places they were added. Naturally, this makes the hair look messy and much older than it is. Given the base price plus the additional cost to add boho, my expectation is that the boho is attached so well that there is minimal shedding or loosening. Sometimes I run my hands through the hair and whole pieces comes out. They also used a lot of product which made the hair look greasy and limp. Had to wash it the next day. However, they were really fast which I appreciated. Given the price, I expected a lot more. Show more

Thanks for your review chikanma , I was surprised when you said you didn’t know you have to pay extra , also during our convo before the appointment day , you never told me the amount of bundles (grams) you were going to add to your boho braids till you gave 2 bundles of 100g to her , there were no confusion on the site , all customers who book their appointments see this automatically, you can see even during the scrolling time between services on the site before booking IT’S CLEARLY SAYING THIS UNDER ANY BOHO BRAIDS BEFORE EVEN SELECTING OR VALIDATING YOUR CHOICE OF SERVICE * 100g recommended please * We charge more for extra curls check ADD ONS * The human hair price is not included * Bring your own bundles or buy the human hair bundles with us . Before her to start your hair I had to reshow you the details on the site so we can be in the same page and I even gave you a discount , I’m sorry about the way the braids turn like this on the picture you shared , since you left weeks ago i didn't hear anything , I would prefer that you reach out to me to see how we could fix instead , Again All my apologies , thanks for visiting us
