Cute place, large space, and has potential. Booked an appointment thru Booksy, but when I got there it didn't matter, was treated like a walk-in, not ...a big deal. Clean establishment but cluttered with products and cleaning items everywhere. Not a peaceful or spa like experience. Loud music playing (not in English). My nail techs were nice but felt rushed (even though I had an appointment) and my mani came out uneven and chipped the next day. Show more

This was my second time at fairy lounge, the first time was great. Prompt service, clean cuticles etc. when I booked this time around I noticed I paye...d a fee through Booksy… then realized they never let me know I had already payed a portion. When I payed the second time around, they once again write going to charge the full price and I had to be the one to let them know. The lady apologized and took off the fee. She then proceeded to ask for a tip, I told her I had tipped in the initial fee, she then began to tell me why I should still tip. Unprofessional, she should have been asking me how much I payed last time and what they owed, understandably she didn’t, however, to push for a tip was tacky. I tip 18-25% even when the service isn’t the best, but re-tipping and knowing they and knowingly not including Booksy’s prepayment is shady. Be sure to bring up the prepayment as they won’t.
