Proper notification is required if you, the client, is running late. If there is no notification and you, the client, arrives more than 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to the total service charge for every 15 minutes pass the appointment time. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, the appointment has to be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will be charged.
