Stonybrook Therapeutic Massage, LLC holds the right to charge the card on file for cancellations without a 48 hour (two day) notice for the full amount of the session, 6% tax and the $3 card transaction fee. If you do not have your card on file, you will be sent an invoice via email to be paid immediately. The same applies to no-show appointments. Our Therapist works full and busy 5 day weekdays and has the privilege to care for over 150 clients. This cancellation/no-show policy is to protect and cover her time, energy, expenses, income and helps to give other clients the opportunity to book in your absence. We appreciate you and your understanding. Our office's exact address will be texted to you upon booking. Cash is the preferred but we have other methods of payment, if necessary.
