Please come to your appointment with your hair WASHED and BLOW-DRIED, as we do not provide wash or blow drying services. *A $20 up-charge will be requested from you if your hair is not detangled as required. WE DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES. Clients are to show up at their scheduled appointment time . PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EARLIER unless discussed prior to your appointment with your stylist. You have a 10 minute grace period . There is a $15 late fee after 10 minutes. After 15 minutes your appointment will be terminated. If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so no less than 72hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a No Show/ Same day cancel. Not calling or showing up for appointment will result in you losing your privileges to book with me in the future.
