Clients must arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, oils, or brow products to ensure the best results. Please communicate your desired brow shape before the service begins. Once trimming and cleanup has started, changes may be limited. This service is performed using sanitized tools and follows proper hygiene standards. Clients with skin sensitivities, recent cosmetic procedures, cuts, irritation, or medical conditions affecting the brow area must disclose this prior to service. Results may vary based on natural brow growth and density. No refunds will be issued once the service is completed. Clients who are experiencing any signs of illness . ,including but not limited to fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, fatigue, or congestion or who have been around anyone who is sick are strictly prohibited from booking or attending an appointment. A mandatory 14-day waiting period is required before scheduling. Any client who arrives showing these symptoms or discloses recent exposure will be denied service immediately. All deposits and payments will be forfeited. No exceptions. This policy is enforced without discretion to ensure the health and safety of all clients and staff.
