Detangling can cause unaccounted time and will result in a fee. If you arrive after the grace period, there will be a $25 late fee. After 25 minutes your appointment may need to be rescheduled. RESCHEDULING & CANCELATION Deposits may be used towards a rescheduled appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule twice, a new deposit will be required. Last minute cancellation will result in your card being charged 50% of the service fee. No call or no show will result in banning from booking.
