    READ 1st:

    COLOR SERVICE: BEFORE your beautiful transition into the world of color a consultation is required. Please allow a 24 hour gap between the consultation and your actual hair color appointment. During your color consultation an allergy test is perform to ensure that you aren’t allergic to the product. HAIRCUT SERVICE: Client must arrive to appointment with clean hair. There should be no detection of grease, product buildup or dandruff. If any of the listed conditions are present a mandatory shampoo is required at an additional charge of $10. In the situation an infectious scalp/skin condition is detected, the service will be terminated immediately. The client will be charged for any tools and products that will need to be replaced. AFTER HOURS: To make an appointment after hours or on designated days off will result in an additional charge. LATE POLICY: Clients are given a 10 minute grace period. Proper notification is required if you, the client, is running late. If there is no notification and you, the client, arrives more than 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to the total service charge for every 15 minutes pass the appointment time. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, the appointment has to be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will be charged. LOCATION/PARKING: Parking is abundant and any parking spot can be utilized. I am located in the back left corner. You should see “6014” on a black mail box beside the door. Enter and walk straight ahead to the second door on the left. If the door is closed you can have a seat on the gray bench and I will be right with you. CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY: Please reschedule or cancel appointments at least 48 hours before the beginning of your scheduled appointment or you, the client, will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the cost of your service. No charge will be applied to your credit/debit card unless you, the client, violates the cancellation/ no show policy or fail to comply with service agreements terms. A no call/no show will result in a 100% service charge. EXTRA FEES Additional services/treatments may be added to the service to ensure the best results. I understand that sometimes you arrive to your appointment tired BUT if falling asleep interferes with the service an additional fee will be added. Children that can not be still or purposely hinder the completion of the service will have an additional charge added. By booking any color service, hair treatment or facial service you, as the client, agree to the following terms and conditions: •Independent results are dependent upon age, skin/hair/scalp condition and lifestyle. There is then possibility you, the client, may require multiple treatments or appointments to achieve desired results. •You, the client, has given accurate account of medical history, including all known allergies or prescription drugs or products you, the client, are currently ingesting or using topically. •You, the client, understands this agreement and all information above and discussed during the consultation.
