I will contact you to pay your before/ after hours fee before accepting your appointment. ✨Mondays & Thursdays bookings are considered after hours appointments! ✨Any appointment before 9:45am will be considered an before hours appointment ✨Any appointment at or after 6:45pm will be considered after hours appointment. ✨Same Day / Sqeeze In appointments: ⁃ a $25 non refundable deposit is due at booking with your prepayment. I will contact you before accepting your appointment. Same day appointment fees don't go towards your service. Squeeze in appointments will have to be booked through me! ✨Service Times: ⁃ are an estimate and can vary! Please schedule accordingly to your schedule. Drying may not be included in service time! ✨Pricing: ⁃ The pricing noted on our service page sets a general price guideline only. The fees per service will depend on hair length, state of hair ( breakage, buildup, ect.) & size of locs. ✨Prepayments: - All services require a 40% non refundable deposit. - The prepayment amount will be charged to your card at the time of booking and deducted from your total due after the appointment. This amount is not refundable. - If your prepayment fails you will be contacted to pay your prepayment via invoice. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being canceled. ✨Cancellation / Cancellation Fee: - A credit card will be taken at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if an appointment is missed. - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify the business at least 2 days days before. Cancellations outside of the notice period and missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee. ✨Rescheduling ⁃ Please reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in you forfeiting your prepayment & you will be required to pay another prepayment, for any future bookings. You are only allowed ONE reschedule using the same deposit. Rescheduled appointment must be within 2 weeks of original appointment. This does not apply to same day cancellations, no shows, or clients missing an appointment due to lateness. *IF YOU HAVE ANY COLD/FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS PLEASE CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. ✨Late Arrivals: ⁃ In order to respect the time of both our guest and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Guest arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a $15 fee. Guest arriving more than 30 minutes late will be subjected to another late fee OR will forfeit the original appointment and will have to reschedule. Late fees will automatically be added to your total at checkout! ✨ No Extra Guests or Animals: - No extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced. ⁃ Additional guests will be asked to wait outside until the service is complete. If this is an issue your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your prepayment. ⁃ If you have prior permission to bring a child with you to your appointment, given the dangers associated with some of the tools and chemicals required for many of our services, including sharp objects such as scissors or chemicals such as bleach, we ask that children be accompanied by adults at all times, and carefully monitored. ✨ Valuables: ⁃ We are not responsible for items lost, or damaged items on our premises. It is recommended that you leave your valuables at home. ✨Payment: ⁃ Cash, Cash app (through Square), Booksy, Debit/Credit ✨ Gratuity: Although our stylists greatly appreciate your tipping, it is ultimately left to the guest’s discretion. ✨ No Refunds: - Please note that ALL SERVICES ARE FINAL - If you have any questions or concerns regarding your hair, please bring it up before you leave the chair! ⁃ Once you have left, Locs N Gold.
