LATE FEE- If you are 10 mins or more late you will be charged a $10 late fee at the time of your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late your appointment must be rescheduled and you will be charged for the service. If you NO SHOW you will be charged for the appointment booked and blacklisted. Blacklist REMOVAL FEE IS $25. If your card on file is not able to be charged for No Show you will be PERMANENTLY BLACK LISTED. NO REFUNDS- If you have a problem with your hair please let your Stylist/Braider know before leaving the salon and it will be corrected then. Make sure with your stylist/braider that you book the correct style you want before coming in. We are NOT responsible for anything that happens to your hair when you leave. If you get home and don’t like your hair, you must book another appointment. *WE WILL NOT PERFORM A STYLE THAT COMPROMISES THE HEALTH OF THE HAIR! There will be NO REFUNDS. APPOINTMENT TIME- If you book an appointment and there is a 30 minute or more space between you and the next appointment, we will attempt to move you closer to that appointment to make room in our schedule for other clients to book. Please understand our schedules are tight since school has started. We have limited hours during the week but will work longer on Saturdays to accommodate. NO WAITING- Due to Covid our waiting area is no longer in play. You may be asked to wait in your car until your appointment time. We may run over 10-15 minutes please wait until you are called in. Please do not bring additional guess or children to your appointment. ATOMPSHERE- We market ourselves as an UpScale Boutique, prices and services reflect that. We offer complimentary Alkaline Waters and snacks while at the salon, also Free Wi-Fi and Cable Tv/Netflix. It’s mostly quiet in the salon so that you can relax and enjoy your services. No Drama, Gossip, Over crowding or long waits. SHAMPOO IS INCLUDED BUT HAIR IS NOT INCLUDED IN OUR SERVICES BUT MAY BE PURCHASED AT THE SALON.
