Good Day Carol Thank you for your feedback and we certainly take all our complaints seriously. Your daughter did call us after you'll left and was not happy with the painting of nails. I did ask her to come back and we can rectify the painting of nails, but she refused as she went somewhere else instead of giving us a chance, mistakes do happen and we do take responsibility but we could have been given a chance to rectify. We have tried our level best to assist her but she insisted on a refund, the whole treatment was done and the only error is the nail polish was smudged. It could have happened while driving but we took responsibility and asked you'll to come back. We have refunded you the nail polish portion. With regards to the alarm going on, we have experiencing alot of loadshedding and there was a surge, we do apologize about this but it's beyond our control. Your daughter did say if I don't give you back a refund, we would get a bad review, I do apologize once again.

Soak off Gel Nails

Not great! Very rough, unevenly cut nails and poor buffing techniques. My nails would look better if I peeled off the gel with no equipment.

Hi Kiarah Thank you for your feedback, I do apologize about your treatment, however your nails had to be cut short as your nails were breaking. For soak off, we remove the gel and do nail care, no shinning of the nails, if you book this we could have done this for you.
