Very dissapointed with the very first time using this companies services. I called Noni to confirm that I was on the way, I arrived on time at 11:00am... and was told that she could no longer assist me with my eyelash installation as she was about to leave to the airport. I then asked her why did they confirm my appointment because I booked a day before. It's the worst thing to turn away clients at the door. She wasted my time and petrol driving there. I had an event to go to and I had to last minute try and find another place to go do my lashes. What annoyed me the most was even that Noni did not look remorseful. She was just saying sorry casually like it's not her fault that I was booked. Show more
