I'm not really happy with the service. I've done my nails twice now, and every time, the nails break or the whole acrylic nail falls off. They've help...ed to fix it the times I've asked, but how is it possible for the nail to break or fall off within a week? Now my nails are almost 3 weeks old, and 4 nails have fallen off and 1 broke. I'm not happy. I'll be going to another nail artist from now on since I will not be fixing my nails weekly. Show more

Hey Maricelle. Thank you for the review. You did your nails 11th Jan & 1stFeb. You came in for 2 nail fixes 22Jan (pinky nail on the left) n 5Feb (pinky nail on the right ) . You included pictures and reasons why your pinky nails broke/fell off (1. Ripped the side of your nail when opening your bag. 2. You knocked it on the cupboard when getting a paper towel ) I apologised and fixed them on both occasions. We do good work at Isabella’s Nail Bar and it is also the responsibility of our clients to take good care of nails. I understand that accidents do happen, because life happens.
