Very professional acrylic nails and done very quickly. I have always been happy with the quality of my nails and the craftsmanship. And they last fair...ly long! The only down side is that they are not flexible in terms of adjusting an appointment if it is less than 24 hours before your appointment. For example, I had to shorten my appointment and only took 1 of 2 the services booked and was told to still pay the full fee as this was her policy. She charged me R250 just for a soak off, this is 400% more than the actual price of a soak off! I would appreciate if the human element was considered over a policy at times (not every single time because it is a business after all but this was a one time thing). Edit: After seeing my review, the nail tech refunded me, cancelled my future appointments (which she knew was for my wedding nails) and then blocked me. Very disappointed in the unprofessional attitude and poor way of handling constructive criticism. Show more
