Very happy with my nails and love that the nail tech offered suggestions. The big downside is that I was seen 20 minutes after my booked time - that’s... a long wait and a client’s time should always be respected. There was no hand soap in the loo and the nail tools appeared dirty, especially the lamp/dryer. Perhaps it was just an off day, I will go back based on the treatment and hopefully there’ll be an improvement in the rest. I also just saw that a complementary cappuccino and nougat should have been offered as a new client, which didn’t happen, and I would have liked to have been informed of the loyalty card too. Very poor customer service. Show more
