Highly disappointing experience. She failed for show up for the appointment despite having confirmed. There was no communication whatsoever with rega...rds to rescheduling. Not only were my messages ignored, but they didn’t bother to answer my calls. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is appalling. Not only did I waste my morning, but I felt disregarded as a client. Show more

Pales is very knowledgeable as Dietician but disappointed in the administrative/professional side of things. Haven’t received invoices reflecting my ...payments in order to submit to medical aid. Frustrating having to follow up, without any communication if there’s an issue. Also had to follow up to get my diet plan. Show more

Went to see Palesa for the 1st time on the 30 June 2021. Helpless as I was regarding my uncontrolled weight gain, she assured me that I came to the ri...ght place. She enlightened me a lot regarding general health and the importance of taking care of my body, the importance of self love and mental health. I walked in devastated but walked out empowered that I took the right steps to bettering my health. She was really amazing put on me 7 days Diet- it was hard at the beginning to learn new eating habits, to learn control, to learn consistency. I put in the work and in just 7 days, I had so many improvements, I could see change in my tummy area and I was now able to drink my water without feeling like I was in hell… this is still a work in progress and I am really excited to continue this journey to getting back my control, to building a healthy relationship with food, to remaining consistent, to looking Fabulous in a healthy sustainable way.
