When I arrived for my appointment there were 2 ladies at the reception. None of them offered me to seat so I just offered that to myself. One of the l...adies applied numbing cream on my face, although I didn’t get her name, she was friendly and bubbly. The lady who did my actual treatment (algae peel) wasn’t so friendly. She barely spoke and even when she did, it was as though she didn’t want to. She wasn’t audible at all when speaking. I barely heard what she said regarding the aftercare, and I had some questions which I left with unanswered because she didn’t seem interested in engaging. I’ve been relying on Google for my questions. Not sure if I would go back. Show more

The Green peel Dermaplaning

Went for a green peel, the experience of getting a facial was not what I expected. Both my daughter and I used the same room, one after the other. The...n the same water and cloth was used to clean both our faces, I couldn't understand that. Anyway, moving on, after the facials, we were given "aftercare treatments." A wash and moisturizer which had no labels whatsover, so youre not sure what ingredients are in the product, I was very apprehensive but used it anyway. The "wash" was not a wash, it was a cream. Then the "moisturizer" it burned our skin so badly after application. My face then started itching. I now have burn marks on my face, and when i reached out to them and sent them pictures, they told me it was scratches. I will certainly no be returning. Their prices are very attractive, but the quality of service and products explains why. With regards to your response, I am telling you that the same cloth and water was used. Of course my daughters face was cleansed before mine, because she had the azelaic acid peel, and mine with the green peel was after. Same water and cloth were used! The just of the matter is that you use cheap quality products, and deliver a mediocre service. Show more

Good day, thank you for your review. We would please like to clarify that separate water and clothes were used. The Green Peel cloth would be impossible to use on someone else as the peel leaves green residue. We are sorry you didn't have a good experience with the peel. Aftercare protocols are explained many times to clients and we try to minimize and prevent any negative effects but we can do inform everyone that there are rare chances of side effects.
