I was surprised that even though I selected one name in the booking, someone else came to do my hair. She didn’t introduce herself and I had to ask h...er name. When I asked how come I got a different person, it seemed awkward that I had to explain why I was surprised that I got someone else. I don’t think clients have to justify asking such a basic question. Otherwise, what’s the point in giving us an option? An introduction & explanation at the beginning saves a lot of awkwardness.
