Good morning Estelle, I do apologize if you feel that I came across unfriendly. However you were almost 20min too early for your appointment, I did ask for you to wait and I will be with you shortly as I am busy getting everything ready, which I did in a friendly manner. Not sure if that is why you feel I am unfriendly. I did help you 10mim earlier than appointment time. I did explain that you should not get lashes wet on the same day as appointment and to avoid mascara and any oil products near your lash extensions. I always strive to create a space where my clients can come and relax. As you can see from all my previous reviews, I am a friendly and heartwarming person. You are welcome to go somewhere where you feel more comfortable. Thank you 😊
