I booked an appointment specifically with Marisha via the Boosky app. 10 minutes before my appointment, the receptionist called me to say that Marisha... is not available (with no explanation as to why). When I asked why was I not informed earlier she avoided the question and told me that another therapist will be doing by treatment. After informing her that it showed Marisha to be available on the app when I booked, the receptionist then said to me that she is going on leave and needs to finish admin. Marisha did not come to reception area to aplogise or to even ask if I will be okay with another therapist. After my treatment (with another therapist), I requested to speak to Marisha. I was told that she cannot come to reception as she was in a meeting. I left my cellphone number requesting that she call me back for me to share my experience with her directly. However, I did not receive a call. I have been to this Spa since it opened and over the years I find that the overall sevice to be declining. Show more

I had previously booked a massage for my wife for her birthday and her experience was so good that I booked for us both for our anniversary. I had a g...ood experience but unfortunately my wife could not say the same. She said it felt as if she was merely being rubbed with oil for the entire duration of the massage. I understand that we booked the special but her previous massage was also the special and she thoroughly enjoyed her experience. Regardless of it being a special, if a full body massage is being advertised then that is what one should experience regardless of what you are paying. She also asked for the same pressure both times around. She did not want to say anything on the day because she did not want to offend the lady but I am unhappy with this experience. Show more
