Hey there, firstly on our service menu and installation and work lines are separate. As you make the booking on bookys it’s shows Midrands or Newtown and your confirmation email stated that you were booked under Nomah Newtown. As l was half to jhb you called and l come to midrand and explained that Midrand only open at 10 because the was no booking made for early morning. And l waited with you outside in our cars. When the shop was open 3 people attend to you And for the nails. Your set was redone 2 times by 2 nails tech and the colour you wanted had a fault and would not sit. And due to time we asked you to come back Monday. On Monday l did not receive a call or message from you, only to see a booking made on our system for today.
