Dear Kea, please let’s also make mention of how you make numerous bookings on booksy, this week alone we have received 4 random bookings when there was a telephonic conservation that stated that due to the increased demand being the festive season, we had space for one acrylic client for today at 15h15. The lady on the phone that assisted you today was polite and courteous and when called you “dear” your response was “ don’t call me dear” so we are really not sure how you would like to be addressed. With that being said, please kindly stop making random bookings on booksy as your are also known to cancel at the last minute. This has also happened more times than one and as a small business, we try to ensure we can accommodate all clients. We hope you find the right fit for your nail needs. Hi Bronwyn and thank you for your feedback. We do advertise on social media and on all out ads we do mention that the R99 special has a 10 colour selection. As a small business we are still always trying to give back with the R99 special and offer on certain colours that we do get at a fairly decent price. We do rotate our colours every 3 months. We do understand that different clients have different tastes and what may not be to your liking may be to another’s as we have received a few request to have a few of the colours we have now - on the promo price.
